Worklists default to ALL

Is there some way of setting the default view in selected worklists to ALL and not just complete or incomplete?

Sorry, currently set in the application to default to Incomplete. Not configurable ...

Worklist defaults

We really like the INCOMPLETE default. If its changed I'm afraid we would only support a configuable option Sandra .... sorry.

If you are speaking about the schedule default to incomplete I do not like it as I like to keep an eye on the total day's activities but my staff like it & I have deferred to them...but please fix the bug in our system that requires two attempts on most occasions to change from incomplete to all. Default in Worklists

I thought that it would be configurable, I thought it might be something we could set up in our system but wasn't sure where to do this.. I thought this would be possible because when we started with OpenVPMS the default in CLIENT - ESTIMATIONS was I think? "IN Progress" we made the request to have it changed to ALL and now ALL is our default in that area.

I'll give an example of why we thought this would be handy in Worklists.

We have clients that are enrolled in our training classes listed on a WORKLIST, if the staff member 'CHECKS OUT' the client from the worklist when they come in to pay for their class they end up as completed and disappear from the original class list.  At the moment we have tried to communicate to staff to go straight to CLIENT - CHARGES and to not select the clients off the worklist when clients come in to pay for classes but it's just one more thing for them to remember. It just seemed easier to be able to configure the default.

Defaults in Worklists

Hi Sandra,

The defaults in Worlists are currently "hard-wired" in the code of the application at the moment is my understanding. It has some logic that other lsist dont have, such as set to "All" if not current date etc.
