1.3- We use this patient admission label to label xrays and possessions of patients that might be kept in our hospital while they stay.
- It has a large space on the top of the label to allow if to fit in our permanent radiograph labelling device.
- We print it on a Dymo label printer (not our favourite brand for various reasons - ask me in the forums :) )

Hi tried to download this report with .jrxml extension.. But when I uploaded it to the template
Error came up and said it failed to read. Not sure why as other Reports I did tonight worked.

The error occurs because the file is an .odt, not a .jrxml: changing the extension will make it unreadable by the original extension's application (ie odt files are read by OpenOffice (OO); changing the file to a .jrxml file will not make it readable by Java/OV as the file contents and formatting are specific to OO).

Not on the site. There is a medication label, which you might be able to adapt. Alternatively, someone on the user's forum might have one - try asking there.
