[Patient Module] Confirmation on Reminder Printing

As per discussion at the workshop. I believe there should be a simple yes/no dialogue after printing reminders. The user should confirm x reminders have been printed before the reminders are flagged as printed.

Hi Clancy, I have added a Jira for thsi issue and also included mail server or list report printing confirmations for the other processing types. You can see the issue at https://openvpms.atlassian.net/browse/OVPMS-619 Regards Tony[/url]
