where is the source code?

I'm trying to find the dowloadable source code but all I can download is the war file which doesn't really do me any good? Am I missing something?

We currently don't create a separate archive for sources. However, you can access the sources using your favourite SVN client. Here are the SVN urls for the recent 1.2-beta-2 release:
