Hi Jim,
This is a new feature in version 1.1 and available to any user who has administrator privileges.
1.In Customer->Information select the customer you want to merge to i.e the customer you will be keeping
2. Click the Merge button
3. Clcik Ok on the confirmation
4. Select the customer you want to Merge from. This customer will be deleted after the Merge.
The Merge will transfer all transactions, patients, contacts, identities etc.
