1.7 Alpha - How are problems meant to display

Needing to document the 'Problems' facility, so I created one - it seemed logical to add the note first and then the medication so I did so.  However, when I look at the summary tab, I don't get the Problem line at the top with the Note and medication following - see the screen shot below.

That is, in the summary screen, there in no grouping of the problem 'items' under the problem line.

Is this the way it is meant to work?  That is, on the summary screen you see the individual notes and medications that are part of the problem, but you can't tell that they are associated with the problem until you call up the problems tab.

I supect also that there is a timestamping difficulty - I think that because I created the problem and then added the note and the medication in that order that it should show as problem, note, meds - however, because I have the display order as 'newest at the top', then if the timestamping were exact, I would see meds, then notes, then problem.

Is there any guidance I can put in the CSH text about the display order?

Re: 1.7 Alpha - How are problems meant to display

The reason it displays this way is that all of the records are sorted on timestamp within the context of the parent visit.

Whether or not it should display that way, I'll leave to someone else to answer.
