1.7 Alpha Patient|Medical Records|Image edit - poor label

This is another is the 'Start Time' should be changed - this time just to 'Date' I think.

In fact the same problem applies to: Attachment, Form, Investiagation, Letter in the Patient|Medical records workspace and to Attachment, Form, Letter in the Suppliers|Documents workspace and to Attachment, Form, Letter in the Customers|Documents workspace.

While you are hacking at the archetypes, what is the guidline on ID's - should these be suppressed on all except the customer, patient and product screens?  Note that I have not done a survey, but I get the impression that the ID is displayed on some screens but suppressed on others of the same type.

I've changed the displayNames to Date in revision 5327.

Id's are typically displayed if there is a facility to query on them, otherwise they are suppressed.
