1.7 Alpha - Worlist multi-list current highlight problem

I put in an enhancement suggestion against 1.6 that on the Worklist and Scheduling there should be a background colour change as well a font change to italics.

As you can see, 1.7A implements this a bit too well - the background color change is applied across all displayed worklists.  It should be confined to just the worklist column containing the selected item.

I think you're referring to https://openvpms.atlassian.net/browse/OVPMS-1271

I've just implemented changes for it in revision 5235.
