Authority to add a new suburb

Hi,

This is a really simple one, but I can't figure it out.

I would like to make is so that anyone (not just administrators) can add a new suburb to OpenVPMS.

Where do I change this?

This isn't supported. Anything in the Administration area must be accessed by a user with Administrator category.

Greta - this is suburbs we are talking about.  These don't pop up out of the blue.  It feels to me that you do not have a full set of Victorian suburbs loaded.  Perhaps the thing to do is to dump what you have into a spreadsheet and then compare with the official list of Victorian postcodes na dload the missing ones.

No worries, thanks anyway guys.

It was a South Australian suburb that was needed to be added today. The reception staff are the ones that need to add suburbs, but I would prefer they don't know the admin password.

We will just keep working around it, they can put in a different suburb, email an admin staff member to the suburb they want added and the client it needs to be assigned to.
