Client data base access

Hello,

I'd like to find out how many clients are on our data base (in total), and how to readily access this information when I need it.

What I want to know is how many clients have not been to the clinic in, say, the last 15 months.

Can anybody help me with this?

Thanks Matt for your reply. Haven't used the forum before, and feel myself to be from the early Neolithic period in terms of computer savvy. So my next question, if you've got time, is, how do I utilise/employ the report you've attached on my OpenVPMS program to bring up the data I need? 

Are you able to help, or is this a dumb-ass question for a patient tech person?
