Customer Marketing Export - Won't update contacts

Hi,

We use the customer marketing export to email out our monthly newsletter, however I've just realised that for quite some time (since around mid last year) it doesn't seem to be updating and adding new clients.

I've checked the clients' categories and the purposes listed with the email addresses but there is no difference between those on the list and those that are not.

Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

Dom - can you possibly export the jrxml that you are using, and I will take a look at it. [View the document template, the click on the thing to the right of the 'Content' label and it will be downloaded, then attached it to your post here.]  Regards, Tim G

I've attached the template that was downloaded - the computer wouldn't open it so hopefully its the right thing!

That's an older version of the report to the one here: http://www.openvpms.org/customisation/customer-marketing-export-report

Your current version will exclude patients that don't have a date of birth.

In addition, the report will exclude the following:

  • customers that are inactive
  • customers that have no Category assigned
  • patients that are inactive
  • patients that have no breed
