Customer Payment Report for OTC is --NONE--

Hi,

I've just noticed that the Customer Payments Report I'm using shows OTC transactions as having a Location of --None--. 

Is this expected behaviour, a known bug, or a problem with my system?

Under the administration window check the OTC account has been assigned a location.

That *seems to me* to be set up correctly:

so please let me know if it needs to be different.

But it doesn't show up correctly in the customer payments report:

Its a limitation of the report. The report displays the customer location, not the location where the payment or refund was done. OTC customers are handled differently to real customers, so their location is excluded.

Prior to OpenVPMS 2.3, I suspect OTC payments were excluded by the report, due to OVPMS-2522
