RE: Customer product sales report deplicating
Yes, I think there is a problem in this report wherby it will double up product listings under certian conditions.
I will make some changes and then post the new report on the web site ..
Cheers Tony

Re Customer Product Sales Report update
Hi Tony - has this update been made, we have the same problem. How to I get the new version of the report? Sorry if this has been asked before, but i havent found it yet.
Re Customer Sales Report
Hi Tony,
I've found the download site and have picked up all the documents to have a play with - the Gribbles and ASAP submission forms are useful. However I don't know how to deal with the jrxml files. How do I down load them and where do I save them to so that I can use these new reports? Ta. Jon

Thanks Matt
I've managed it all except part f) ie downloading the file from the net.
Maybe our system has a block on downloading this type of file. I had no trouble with the document templates. Jon
Re: re How to use reports
Make sure you RIGHT CLICK. Not left click.
If you still can't download then it may be a setting in your internet browser.

Customer product sales
Thanks Matt,
That worked. I' ve got the report up but it still won't run. Ive got the following error code:
Unknown column 'p.act_id' in 'on clause'. is this perhaps because we are still on v 1.2?
Jon
Re: Re: Customer product sales
That report is only compatible with version 1.3 not 1.2.
Matt, is it possible to provide another version that uses linkId's and post to web as well .. ??
Cheers Tony
