Delivery Document

When we finalise a delivery, we don't have a document available to print the document. We move stock between locations and want a paper record to accompany the stock because it doesn't always match what was ordered that day(we have a document to print the orders).

I can't find it in the resources section. I assume one exists?

There are templates for deliveries included in the standard release distribution.

There are A4, A5 and US-Letter versions, located in the reports/Supplier/Delivery directory in your OpenVPMS installation. You need to load both the Delivery and Delivery Items templates.

E.g. for A4:

Create a Document Template with:
- Name: Delivery
- Description: Delivery
- Type: Supplier Delivery
- Report Type: Supplier
- User Level: 0
- Content: upload reports/Supplier/Delivery/A4/Delivery.jrxml
Create a Document Template with:
- Name: Delivery Items
- Description: Delivery Items
- Type: Sub Report
- Report Type: Supplier
- User Level: 0
- Content: upload reports/Supplier/Delivery/A4/Delivery Items.jrxml

We had the install done in 2011 and have never had the ability to print it. I have just looked in the folder that the installer placed all the documents that we use and it is not there. Is there somewhere else I can find it on here?
