display/ print series of invoices paid for insurance claim

I cant figure out how to display or print the series of invoices to submit with insurance claim. (invoice together with paid /zero balance)

The insurance claim support in OpenVPMS 2.0 takes care of that for you.

When you create a claim, it will collect the invoices that you add to the claim. You can add invoices manually, or by clicking the Add Visit button; this will add all invoices created during the selected visit.

If you are using the e-claims support with PetSure, it will submit these automatically as attachments.

If you are creating an offline claim:

  • the claimed invoices will be added as attachments when you email it
  • you can print the invoices associated with the claim after it is finalised

I cant find the "insurance" screen. How do I check if I have the latest version of vpms?

The version is displayed on the bottom of the login page, and also in the top right of the Help window.

Insurance claims are managed in Patients - Medical Records - Insurance.

To submit e-claims using PetSure VetHub, you need to contact PetSure. Their details are on the support contacts page.

Hi,

On the login screen down the bottom there will be some text "OpenVPMS 2.0 (7852)" for example.

If you click "Help" up the top right of that popup will be similar information.

Hi Thanks for that.

I dont have the current version. Can you suggest a way of printing out the set of invoices and payments for insurance without the new version.

Then... how do I get new version?

 

Finally - I am going to VPMsthe laptop soon and will need to transfer vpms to it. Do I need to get expert to do this?

You can print out individual invoices and payments in Customers - Accounts.
