How do i search a microchip number only????

I know i sound like an idiot but i cant seem to be able to just search a microchip number any ideas??

Hi Matt,

Go to the Patients area, then click "Search". After that, make sure the check boxes are ticked for "Search Identities", and "All Patients". Type in the first couple numbers/letters of the microchip and hit Find. That should search through Microchip numbers and PetTag numbers. There's no way to search for just a microchip... but rather you'll have to search through all identities. Fortunately since both Microchips and Pettags are relatively unique (unlike patient names), you'll probably result in a pretty narrowed down list.
