Insuance Claims - Credits

Hi,

We are currently unable to add Credits to insurance claims. The only option is to add Invoices.

The particular claim we are trying to do includes a credit for an elizabethan collar which was returned. If we don't include the credit, then the insurance company will pay for the elizabethan collar even though it was returned.

Is it possible to allow Credits to be added to claims?

This is supported. You can simply delete the Elizabethan Collar from the list of Charges in the claim.
