label printing

Hi,
to day we have bought a new Seiko SLP 440 to replace out Epson LX 300 dot matrix printer which I have al lot of problem with , we could not set the size of the label and it would waste many labels before printing. So I looked at your comments and decided to try the Seiko but the issue I have when I try to print a label it will only print as portrait not landscape and it will not show the full details of main clinic (half cut)
I have tried to adjust the label printing under admin-template and size and change to landscape instead of portrait but did not print at all, it will only print under portrait but half of the label print is missing.
I have tried to play with the setting from the actual printer installed software but without any success
is there any way to get around this and how do we adjust the setting

Re: label printing
First make sure the template settings are correct. Paper Size - Custom Orientation - Landscape Paper Height - 70mm ( I assume you are using this size vet label) Paper Width - 54mm Paper Units - Millimetres Content : Label Dymo.jrxml
In the Printer driver itself make sure you have the correct form to tray assignment on the device settings and default settings tab. Should be set to SLP-DRL Diskette (54X70mm)
Once this prints OK you can edit the template to add a printer assignment to the label printer i.e on Printer tab click add and select the practice location and the label printer and if you deselect the interactive flag you will not be prompted for printer selection or preview and the label will print directly.
