microchip form(car)

Has anyone else noticed that when you bill a neuter proceedure and then bill a microchip, and then print both the neuter certificate and the car rego form....the car rego form still has the animal listed as entire.

Hi Gary

You would need to finalise the invoice before printing the microchip form.  Once the invoice is finalised it then marks the animal as desexed.  I would set the template for microchip to print immediately when invoiced, skip the printing when it pops up, this will save the document on the patients documents tab.  If you print after finalising it will say desexed.

Not sure if the process can be changed to save the animal to desexed once you APPLY the invoice?  would have to get a developer to answer that one.
