A new way to edit medical records

Hi everyone,

Some of you may have noticed that there are 3 new user projects "Under Discussion" that have been created by Tony.

 

They are;

- Integrated Visit Editor
- Product Template Visit and Invoice notes
- New Visit Invoice selector

 

They all have linked JIRAs. These are hopefully going to be the core new user features for 1.6 so plenty of discussion would be great.

 

Essentially what Tony is proposing is that the various areas of medical records are assembled into one editor so we can edit areas such as Notes, Charges, Reminders etc from one area.

It is a move away from Step-By-Step medical record editing towards a flexible system where the user can jump into different areas, change things, and jump back.

It is the logical next step from the current "Edit from Summary" style in Version 1.5.

It is a big change, so lots of discussion is expected.

Melbourne users, we should get together in August to talk about Version 1.5 and these upcoming changes for 1.6. More to come after End of Financial Year pain is done :)

Product Template Visit and Invoice notes?

Hi Tony,

 

I am not certain I understand when this would be used. Can you given an example?
