We moved from Netvet to Open in June last year and we had Cath Colton from Vetshare come and do our onsite training. She also did some set up remotely. We have since had her back onsite for follow up training. We have been happy with her understanding of the program and ability to explain its use to staff with various levels of computer skill. I am not aware of anyone locally in Sydney that can offer that service.
Remote Desktop Training would be available which involves the trainer using a service like GotoMeeting with a remote desktop to run through training packages depending on your needs.
A number of individuals / companies could offer this they could post contact details below and you could contact them to explain your requirements off this list.
You would need to outline who you are looking to train?
eg Reception, Vets, Admin?
If there are specific areas that you need training in or is it a complete training scenario.

In fact I think we probably need a section of the website that can outline acillary services people might offer for a fee to openvpms users.
