Patient letters not printing

Since going to 1.5 nearly all of our patient letters are not printing when we click on the print button in the Documents page of the Patients Medical Records. One does (our vaccination certificates) but none of the others do despite appearing to be set up in the same way.

For the others we need to click on the PDF icon beside the letter to open it up & then go File, Print.

Would appreciate any help if someone knows what this is???

What format are the patient letters in? If they are OpenOffice/Word, they are printed via OpenOffice.

If these aren't printing, you made need to restart OpenOffice on the server.
