Product Manufacturer
One of the uses of the investigations module will be to produce reports for Product manufacturers regarding their individual sales. Currently there is not specific place in the products page for a manufacturer to be listed. I presume it could be added under the identities tab but am unsure of how to add another identity type - advice?
Also, on setup - we have different length appointments for different appointment types - eg 20 minute or 30 minute consults, 10 minute rechecks etc - I need to edit some of these but cannot find them in the admin menu - please advise

We would need to add an additional field into the specific archetype to handle this I think. Question. Can a specific defined product have more than one manufacturer ? I.e. generics etc
If so would need to think a bit more about how to model.
Appointment types are linked to schedules and in this link is specified the number of slots the appointment type uses in that schedule. The slot size is setup in the schedule. So if you want to modify the size of a specific appointment in a specific schedule you need to :
1. In Administration ->Organisation select the schedule. 2. Edit 3. On the appointment Types tab select the appointment type and edit the number of slots. I.e if slot size for schedule is 10 minutes and you want appointment type to be 20 minutes in this schedule set slots = 2 4. Repeat for other schedules.
