Reminder Report

HI

I was wondering if it was possible to get the reminder report to print without the cancelled clients appearing on it. I use the report to contact client that do not come for their appointment. It would be much easier if only the clients that i sent reminders to appeared on this report. Can we make this happen.

Hey Jocelyn, We dont use the reminder report much but I imagine that your implementer could probably adjust the database query within the report template to exclude that reminder status if you desired.

Re: Reminder Report

Hi Jocelyn,

The Report button at the bottom of the Reminder Workspace lists all the reminders that are listed in the workspace. This can be readily modified to not include Cancelled reminders.

On the other hand if the specific reminders are setup correctly you should be able to get a phone listing printed when you actually process the reminders when you click Send All ?
