Adding a suburb

Hi,

I've added the suburb Wynnum West and I've attached a postcode and the state QLD.

This is still not availabe in the list of states under QLD, it's definitely active, I've logged in and out. Does anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Lost Suburbs

HI Sandra,

I assume you are selecting Qld first before the suburb as you need to do this to populate the drop down list appropriately. The tab order is a little confusing in this regard and we have found that once the state is selected, all the available suburbs then become apparent.

 

May be off the mark but this would be the easiest thing to check first.
