Hi,

I am after a report to see how many patients are admitted into hospital (filtered by department) and I think the best way would be a report showing the patients checked-in to a worklist.

Does anyone have anything like this or any other way to show these stats?

We were looking for a weight merge field for our emdical records.

We checked here:

And looked at the provided template but couldn't find a reference for weight.

Any tips?

Hello all!

We have a niggling problem where our statements seem to have desire to split over two pages despite there seemingly being a heap of room to add footers and headers. The result is an empty second page.

We have trimmed and snipped and pruned but can't seem to avoid the blank second page.

I've attached an anonymised screenshot of a previewed printout.

I've also attached our customised templates and subreports.

Hi there,

We are getting an error message intermittently and a failure to send sms messages.

I am not sure if this an Open area, or our it area, or sms global area that is causing the problem.

If anyone has any thoughts on who I should speak to that would be appreciated.

This is the error -

If an item is returned that has a discount applied automatically, the discount on the return does not calculate correctly.

For example:

Worm chews with a a unit price $18.10 and staff discount of 45% gives discount $8.15 and total $9.95.

So far so good.

But if 1 is returned, i.e. Quantity -1, I would expect everything just to be the negative of these numbers.

What I get is:

Discount -$18.10, Total -$36.20. Hmmm, not quite the same. 

There is a vet software - Ezy Vet - which allows clients to get access to their records. Can anyone comment on feasibility and cost of doing this in VPMS.

I'm using the following expression in an email template:

', openvpms:get($patient,'name') ,' is a ', openvpms:get($patient,'age') ,' old ', openvpms:get($patient,'breed') ,'.

It is creating the following info. The breed is in all caps and has underscores.

Spike is a 9 Years old CROSSBRED_GERMAN_SHEPHERD_DOG.

is there something I need to edit in my expression to make it just normal text.

Has anyone had any idea about the following setting? The "Deposit" is always not showed at invoice. Is it because of the length is not long enough to contain "-MYR 450.00" ? May I know, is there any fix for that?
