When a client has mutiple pets and I want to send an email and attach documents from each pet can this be done in one email or can only one pets document be attached

I'm pretty sure there used to be a reason why there was a maximum of 1 active referring vets for a patient, but I'm wondering if it's possible to now have >1 active referring vets but have one as the preferred (which shows up on the patient summary side bar)?

We find more and more patients see multiple other clinics (ie radiation specialist in Sydney + their local GP clinic in Melbourne).

We are starting to see an increasing number of insurers outside the Petsure plugin.  It would be helpful to have some xpath functions that can access things like patient current policy - so we can create email templates to submit these claims manually via email.

I'm tidying up some duplicate suppliers (Veterinarians and Veterinary Clinics) and wondering if there is a way to merge suppliers, like you can with Customers & Patients.

If not, has anyone done this tidying up before? Do you print off a report of patients linked to a supplier and then manually change their referring vet, then delete the duplicate?

Hello all, just wanted to know an easy way to update the prices for Idexx.

We have a variable % markup

Would like to close off last years prices, and keep the % markup the same.

Ideally an easy spread sheet as this is not my area of expertise!

With a combination of Covid-caused staff absences, Christmas break and upgrade to new server and OpenVPMS version, we are about 4 weeks late with texting out our vaccination reminders.

Will running the reminders pick up the (now) overdue reminders or do I have to change some parameters in Rem Config to go back 4-5 weeks?

I am tearing my hair out trying to get my medications labels to print on my dymo labelwriter 450 in landscape mode. As I sit here typing this post, my desk is littered with discarded portrait versions of a medication label. The labelwriter is connected directly to the server (ubuntu 20.04). It prints fine, just in portrait. I have tried:

1) Specifying 'landscape' in Administration|Templates|Document Template for the medication label

2) Adding 'orientation="Landscape"' to the jrxml file

When my data was ported from the previous PMS customer location was not set. As a result some of the sales reports that split out by customer location don't show the data very well for my one site clinic as they believe most clients have no location and any new ones created in openVPMS do.
