Is there a way to set up sms configuration that is practice location specific? All of our sms are sent from the same bunch of numbers within sms global so when we receive a reply, all practice locations receive the reply. I presume we need to set up multiple sms global accounts, but I can't see how to edit Administration - Practice Location to match that.

Is there a way to hide inactive prices on products? We are starting to get quite a list of prices, and it would be great to only see the active ones (like we only see active clients & pets unless we go looking for them).

I don't think I understand how to use the problems tab effectively. They aren't used very much in my clinic.

There is an opportunity to leverage VetCheck's new client form to be integrated into OpenVPMS so that on completion it creates a new patient file automatically. 

When the VetCheck new client form is emailed to the client prior to the visit, the client completes the form on any digital device, and a new patient file is generated within OpenVPMS with the following details:

I am overlooking where I would add a medication that would preload for external RX or where I even edit this type of information. I created a RX last night and it kept trying to print out a label first.  What am I doing wrong and where to look to add this? :)

Hello... so I exported the prices for idexx and then closed off the date for the unit price. Then imported this to open.

ie closed off the old price on 14/3/2022

Manually worked out the new unit price for each product and added that to the spread sheet with the new start date 15/3/2022, and imported this....

When I uploaded the new spread sheet with the new start date it deleted the old information ending on the 14/3/2022

Hello someone we have messed up the schedule view. It is showing a bunch of times abs when I double click to add an appointment nothing happens. Is there a way to reset or restore the calendar views?

Does anyone have experience of selling and keeping track of packages? In the process now of setting up a clinic and they have an options of buying acupuncture as 5 sessions or 10 sessions. Is there a way to track the visits that is reliable . Something that would show 1 of 5 and so on?
