So we use JRXML files to provide email content for reminders - we don't really need an attachment...but reminders require a document attachment? Is there any way around this limitation?
Hello - just after some advice for the easiest way to update our prices for external pathology...
Would like to keep the mark up the same - varies for different tests, and would like to have an end date and a start date for the new price..... is there an easy way as the thought of sitting down for hours manually adding in prices is not very appealing...
There is possibly an infuriating problem with client numbers. I would like to know how many clients I have and also the number of new clients.
But I have found that when a new client is started the client number goes to 2 numbers above, not 1. Does that mean I have half the number given by the " client number". This is very annoying if correct.
We have only recently started using the Investigations workspace as a task manager for several test types. These test types update their statuses automatically. Examples include external & in-house lab tests and imaging studies. It has become a very busy list. We use the workspace to task manage external lab results. Clearing the list by hitting the "Mark Reviewed" button for all the other test types whilst simple enough, is time consuming for the staff assigned to manage this list.
Autoscroll in schedules is a neat little feature. Very popular with our vets.
Our reception team don't love it :-)
We noted today that if they disable it in their user preferences, the autoscroll does not happen on "Find" but the polling request ignores the user preference.
Our receptionist had a lapse yesterday processing a payment. Not sure exactly what caused her confusion but she ended up reversing the payment and the invoice.
The patient is insured and would like to claim for their visit. When we generate a claim, the amount claimed is $0. I assume the visit is associated with invoice 1326699 and as that invoice has been reversed it is generating a $0 claim.
