When doing an estimation is there any way that you can see the pets information while processing the estimate. The main information needed is probably their weight for meds etc.

We have some products that have a label setup but do not always prompt for a
label to print.

In this case when we are charging these products we apply the product charge
and then print the label from the bottom of the screen.

In this case when we are charging these products we apply the product charge and then print the label from the bottom of the screen. When we do this the clinicians name does not come to the label even though it is in the charged section of the product.

We are not sure if others feel it would be one less step if the clinicians name came on to the label automatically or are we maybe charging these products the wrong way or adding the lable the wrong way?

Now the investigations have a few extra steps with recieved etc. Is it possible to have the Workflow Investigations view to show the All status as default rather than In progress status?

When doing reminders we print out the reminder report to check against however it prints out differently to the preview - there is no 'Action' column does not print out - it would be useful to have this on the printed list so we can ring owners whose Action is 'List' rather than post or email.

Is it possible to include this column on the printed page?

thought it would be the same as just adjusting the template of the invoice
- but i noted it is a .jxml file and it looked like it was all just text
strings so obviously i was to freaked out to touch it.
