I'd like to change the limits for afternoon / evening settings in Workflow /scheduling to provide a bit more of an overlap, ie afternoon 12.00 - 17.15, evening 16.45 - end.

Is it possible to modify these times, and if so, where.

Is anyone using the auditing component?

It's over in the developers forum. I'm not sure how active that is. It notes that there is an auditing service, but it's not quite complete. I'm trying to get an idea of what the current state of that functionality is.

OpenVPMS 1.5 beta 3 is now available for testing. The release notes have further information.

This beta includes a new feature as well- SMS integration through an email-sms gateway.

I can not get this report to work, I keep getting an errow message (Failed to generate Report: Errow executing SQL statement for: Product Sales by Month). The other reports (by month & by year) work fine.

Since going to 1.5 nearly all of our patient letters are not printing when we click on the print button in the Documents page of the Patients Medical Records. One does (our vaccination certificates) but none of the others do despite appearing to be set up in the same way.

For the others we need to click on the PDF icon beside the letter to open it up & then go File, Print.

Would appreciate any help if someone knows what this is???

I've spoken to our pathology lab again, and it seems we cannot fix the Results In/Archive problem where the PDF files with the same name (interim reports and final reports) will not automatically be replaced in the Archive folder. Therefore they get stuck in the Results:In folder until I manually move them or rename them.

They reminded me that I had said a long time ago, that OpenVPMS freed clinics to spend what they would have spent on licensing with other vendors on good IT support and customised development. It is a philosophy they have adopted since Version 1.3.

Their question was with 100 clinics now using OpenVPMS, how many had adopted the same philosophy?
