Hi Guys,

Currently we add dispensing fees or injection fees to products as a template under the 'linked' tab. 

However, under 'products' we now have 5 pages of 'dispensing' fees. 

Is it possible to get this problem fixed?? The list is getting longer and longer!!

Hi, is there a report that will list pets that have not been vaccinated ever or are say 2 years overdue?

Would like to send out a marketing letter to overdue pets.

We occasionally have clients complaining that they have not been sent reminders and when we look on their files it says the reminders have been sent. I recently ran a 'reminder run' report for such a case and it disagreed and said it had not been sent.

How do I reconcile this difference and which is correct and more importently how do I ensure that all reminders are sent?

We recently got a new printer which I've managed to set as default for all
documents/certificates. 

However, I don't know how to change it for patient histories.

The reason for wanting to change to default is that we accidentally hit "print" when it's linked to the old printer, which causes the program to crash.

Hi,

We've noticed that when we change day on our hospital worklist, the clinician sometimes (not always) changes from the proper clinican to the person that made the appointment (often nurse as this is what our default reception log in is.

I've attached a document with the screenshots of today and tomorrow. I'm not sure if you can read it too well as my computer going very slowly and making screenshots difficult.
