I am not sure if this would cause too many problems, but would anyone else find it useful to be able to group charge from the worklist.

We would like to be able to charge a hospitalisation charge to all the patients in our worklist by less clicks of the mouse.

So, click on "muffy" & "ted" & "max" and then add charges to the multiple patients.

Is there a way to stop "expression error" from appearing on documents if the field is blank. I've noticed that it won't print "expression error" if the sex is not selected.

I'd like to have this happen if the 'supplier person' first name: [openvpms:get(party:getPatientReferralVet(.),'firstName')] is blank.

Just ran this report for the first time & realised what a wonderful report it is. Also a powerful report for those wanting to assess the usefulness of their reminders systems and make adjustments to improve these.

Great job Tony. Exactly what I was looking for. Not sure how I missed it previously.

I was wanting to calculate an average transaction fee for a period. Is there a current report that can calculate the number of transactions for a period - I have looked but could not find one. I can get the total revenue for the period, so the total number of transactions (or invoices?) for a period would allow this calculation.

I know this is common calculation in practice & assume that it would be available somewhere, but I may have had a boy look when checking perhaps?

I can generate a CSV file of the people but it records the client as a 'client' and not as surname and firstname and the address as 'contact' which has all their contact details.  I can't see how to use these fields in the list of thingeys for merging documents !!!

When creating a new Medical record the Vet needs to chose which type of Medical record to creat from a list.

Is there any way of changing the order of this list so that the frequentyly used ones are on the top ie Visit?

Yes, I am still on about reminders...

Most of our reminders are currently linked to products. However, some are not (eg: cardiac recheck). If we set up a 'cardiac recheck' reminder for a patient and the client comes in for the recheck while the reminder is still in progress (we usually set a 2 week reminder interval with an 8 week cancellation interval), then how can we get the reminder to cancel itself out?

Do we have to reset it manually? (God forbid!)

I should have said "MySQL Workbench". If you don't have it
installed, you can run the SQL in the mysql tool.

e.g.
