Hi everyone,
Is anyone else occasionally getting red error boxes during receipting? We have had the issue for a while now but very intermittently. The main issue is that the current balance will be wrong after the error. Our nurses are pretty quick to pickup up on the error and will readily get the customer balance corrected using the "Check" function but they are less diligent about recording the details of the error box.

Anyone else seeing this?

Can I use character set UTF8 for writing data in MySQL BD?
I'm from Bulgaria and I like to write with no english letters!

I have edited a document (boarding record) which contains merge fields for client and patient and attached it to the boarding record template and it opens fine except the merge fields stay as merge fields and do not link to the client it is generated from. Can someone please tell me what step I have missed to link the fields to the client/patient.

Hi Everyone,

A number of OpenVPMS members have indicated to me that the posts in the users forum and list get quite technical at times due to people trying to install OpenVPMS for the first time on various operating system. The questions are not really related to development so don't belong in the developers forum but are also not really relevant to the majority of users.

As we are about to embark on stocktake and stock adjustments for the first time, does anyone have a report that gives you current stock levels that you can count against so that you do not have to go through every product in the system, check if your levels are correct and then move onto the next one. It would save double handling if we could skip products whose levels are already correct.
I presume currently people just print a price list and count against each entry and adjust?

Is there a way you can run a stock valuation for end of year once your levels are correct?
