We have noticed when we print the notes from the patient summary screen that
the visit headings are not coming over correctly.

It seems that the visit heading does not come over for every visit and it
adds the heading for the next visit - that does not have notes (poss weight
check/counter sale) - as the heading for the visit the notes are on rather
than the visit reason for the actual visit containing the notes.

Seems to be a bit long winded but hopefully makes sense and others have found
same??

Hi ,

Has any one else run the Deceased Patient Report recently? We had only 1 pet come up in a 6 wk period and know that many other pets have been pts. The report was already on our system as we have come across from another software system.

We have just been upgrade(?) to v1.5 and I am confused. In following the forum discussions I gave up on the visit note discussions because not having seen the beta versions I could not understand what was going on, now I think I understand the fuss.

good things with OPEN but must admit there are some things that have
surprised us a bit.

I have just been on the Vic Board web site for a DE course about record
keeping that said we need to have on our vaccination certificates both the
Vaccine Batch Number and Vet Registration Number.

Our second vaccination reminders are printing with a due date from 2 years ago (mergefield =

endTime) despite there being current due dates.

Can yo please advise what the correct mergefield should be.

Hi All,

I've noticed a strange behavior regarding credit adjustments. When I add a credit adjustment, and click okay, it auto-calculates a tax value for this. Is there some reason that it would be taxed? We use this for adding credit to people's accounts for referrals. Should we be using some other mechanism for this?

Can someone tell me if there is a maximum size of attachment?

When we scan in multiple page histories as PDFs and then try to attach them to a patient they appear as blank pages despite the PDF preview being ok. The latest history like this was 20 pages long and 12Mb. Smaller 1-3 page docs seem ok
