I have been using the stock order report for reordering, effectively for the last 6 months or so. Just last week we received a promo stock order of food, and as I was entering the delivery on the system from the invoice, instead of receiving the original amount of 4 of a particular item, I adjusted the quantity to 12.

Since doing this, the food still comes up on the report for reorder. The stock levels are correct, saying we have 12 in stock, ideal amount is 3, critical is 2.

Can you tell me if it is possible to change the colour of Pending (status) on the workflow Schedule when viewing in Status?  It is currently white and we have a user who would like this to be a more obvious colour.

Hi,

We want to put the client ID on the bottom of account statements, so that clients can use their client ID as a reference when paying via electronic funds transfer. Is there a merge field for the client ID number and can someone remind me how I get it on the statements?

Unable to finalise/print or preview estimates.

Problems started suddenly 1-2 weeks ago. No changes or editing.

Error report: missing estimationItemsA5.jrxml needed for estimationA5 280509.jrxml

Estimation template has attached file estimationA5 280509.jrxml

Estimation Items template has attached file 10-016386-218726.htm. Presume this is problem.

I cannot find required file but am not the most computer savvy. Any advice appreciated.

Hi,

Australia Post has just notified us of postcode changes in our area. I went into look-ups/suburbs and changed the postcode connected to each suburb and added new postcodes. I have checked several client files to see if the changes have been updated there and they have not. Should these postcodes changes be reflected in client files now that I've changed them in look-ups?

In the last couple of weeks a strange thing has been happening to our invoice and invoice items templates. Sporadically, the invoice template is switching from the normal jrxml report to a document called 1.pdf and as a result, it is impossible to print an invoice. The problem is resolved by uploading the correct jasper report again however it dettaches within a day or so. 

Any ideas - nothing that I know has changed.

Since 1.5 update our External lab tests which are linked to an investigation no longer have results imported directly to the client. This is because during the invoice process they do not automatically create an investigation number or automatically link the associated submission form that has the number on it.

I think it might be a glitch in our system, but hope someone can help. Our Document Template "Invoice" has twice in 2 weeks lost it's content/document "invoice A4 Advanced.jrxml".

We have had to manually reattach the document to the template. 

Any idea why this is happening?
