Can we get an option when setting up blocks in the schedule (eg for a regular meeting or lunch break) which allows them to repeat indefinitely (as in Google Calendar)?

There appears to be a limit of 364 repeats allowed at the moment, which means that you need to go in at some later stage and extend them. We use pre-bookings (rather than reminders) and book appointments 1-3 years ahead, making this a limiting function for us.

Are you using speech to text of any form for writing medical records in OpenVPMS? Would you recommend it?

And for the developers - how hard would it be to build it into OpenVPMS (Google has a speech to text API, and I'm sure they are not the only ones)? I've just been trying it in Google Docs and it is pretty impressive. I'd been keen to support it in OpenVPMS.

This would be wonderful if it could be built to integrate with OpenVPMS so we don't have to rely on phone calls and also don't overbook. (We have limited space).

I'm trying to include a conditional section for an email odt template based on invoice amount but with no success so far.

Basically, I want to show text and an image (therefor my thinking of a conditional section) when OpenVPMS.invoice.amount > 400.

Hello - we are struggling a bit with the automatic orders that a few odd things are happening.

It was my understanding that when we order a product and it is not delivered it goes on backorder with the supplier and on open.

This means that when generate an order automatically it will see that this product is on back order and not order it again.

Then on Monday - metacam cat 3mls goes to back order, so when I run our back order report it is on that list.

Hello all. We use OPEN to generate our drug orders and send and receive them electronically. Recently is seems that when we do a return for a product through deliveries -> returns  and finalise that the product then appears on our back order report that we then need to go back into orders and find the order and then cancel the product.

I am sure that when we started ordering this way we never had to go back and cancel a returned product off a order.

Our invoices have suddenly dropped the discount selection box so we now cannot choose to discount anything on invoicing.  How do we get it back?  Thanks you for our help.

Just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction for a report to run to create a list of patients that have missed their proheart injection and vaccination due to COVID lockdown restrictions?

Feel that there are a lot of clients that have not come in over the last 6 months and want to reach out to them again.

As a referral hospital we make heavy use of the referral vet practice/ referral vet feature in OVPMS. We have recently been updating our database and noticed a few issues with how this works and feel some changes and updates might be required.
