I am trying to find a solution to an issue that is likely unique to our group. Hopefully someone can offer a bright solution or can help shape the discussion in a manner where a proposed upgrade can help the whole community. 

When attempting to update a price on  a service we are getting the error

In order to assist review of invoices prior to payment being taken I would like to restrict finalisation of invoices to vets.

I can't find a permission setting to achieve this.

Is this possible using the current permission settings?

Yesterday one of my nurses noted an error when she invoiced a product - she invoiced one bag of Metabolic dry and came up with a unit price of $755 for a 3.85 kg bag. Clearly this was wrong. We have limited access to product pricing to 3 people to make errors easier to trace. No one has adjusted this product to have a mark up of over 1200% - myself , my husband and daughter - 3 people with high accountability and attention to detail...

Hi Everyone

I joined OpenVPMS family almost a year ago and recently changed my based server to cloud server for ease of use for mobile business, I used an IT technician based in Sydney to install and upload my system on cloud, everything works perfectly except default printer.

We can't upload any default printer to our system and any time want to print a certificate or drug label we must get a preview and use laptop preview system to proceed with printing. Has anyone experienced the same problem? Is there any way to fix this?

is there a report to find uncompleted visits in the appointment scheduler?

rather than loading each page day by day and completing the incomplete entries

worklists are regularly checked, but im still finding items waiting for 00-0000hours

or maybe limit the access to workflow page?

basically we were not checking out properly and there are lots of incomplete or open visits on the scheduler, i presume this is the reason the workflow schedule page is slow to load, while client and patient details load quickly

wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to find a product using the supplier code or description.

At some time we have copied an existing product (Clavulox) to create a new one, and not changed the code or description. This is creating a problem on the stock order report where that item (called Clavulox in the description) is continually coming up for reorder but we can't find what the product is called in order to rectify it.
