Reduce a click when checking out

Hi,

A request from our reception team.

When checking out a patient, at the receipt step, we click mail to send the invoice to the client. It then takes you back to the same pop-up to either print or skip. We don't believe this is necessary as we never want to print it / email it again.

If other clinics don't agree and would prefer it to continue to do the pop-up twice, that's fine, but thought I'd raise it as a possible removal.

Vaccine recall rate report

Just wondering is there a report for vaccine recall rate? Doing some benchmarking with Lincoln Institute. The data required is:

Recall %
The average monthly percent of vaccines due that are completed on time. If reporting permits provide average of up to last 12 months.

Report for breakdown of income via categories

Hello can some one please point me in the direction of the best report to run to see the breakdown of income into the various categories

ie dental, surgery, consults, pathology

Allow multiselect or range select for Message managment

By Design or By neglect I currently have 760 pages of administrative messages pending in my OpenVPMS inbox....

be nice to be able to manage them by Multiselect or search and delete...

Service ratios - providing clients with estimates of future fees

Hello,

We are wanting to implement service ratios for a select range of service fees we charge on a Saturday. However, I cannot find a way of viewing what these fees will be in advance. It would be ideal if our reception staff had a way of providing an estimate of charges whether it be a mock invoice or an estimate rather than manually have to calculate what 15% extra will be. Particularly when it only applies to services not medications etc this can make it tedious. We quite often have clients wanting to know in advance what they will be looking at. 

Restrict Authority to apply product (or product type)

Hi,

Is there a way to restrict a certain product or product type from being invoiced by non-admin users?

We would like to stop staff from applying the product "Discount" to invoices.

What Contacts need to be present to allow a reminder RULE that only LISTS to run?

I was reviewing reminder errors and noted that on one of our staff accounts (someone had been testing)

A reminder for flea and tick was generated the reminder has 2 reminders

at 0 days -> Rule 1 SMS, RULE 2 Email

In this case the email got sent because there is no phone number

at +7days -> Rule 1 List

New Recall Feature

Hi All,

We are looking at developing a new Recall feature which allows products to generate one or more tasks in specified Worklists.  

The basic design concept :

Suggestion: Change to Patient Breed Details

Currently we use 

BREED as a field on a patient: 
I am suggesting we change to 2 Fields
Primary Breed
Secondary Breed (or Cross Breed)

For pure bred dogs the secondary would be blank

For Cross bred of unknown the secondary would be a default - mixed.
 

Why
The breed list is out of Control - and honestly this would simplify and improve data. 
We would no longer need mutiple entries and wording for the same breed 

jxpath would need updating to not break reporting.

Client contact details summary report

Just wondering if such a report exists? This is in the context of the crusade against late cancellations/rescheduling and/or missed appointments and procedures. 

We intend to phone the client and check contact details are correct and up to date with the primary contact correct, and email them to confirm details - "just in case our reminders didn't get thru to you".
