Could anyone offer advice please as I encountered a problem when upgrading from 2.1.2 to 2.3.0.11?

I was able to get to the login screen but after entering login name and password, it displayed HTTP Status 500 - Filter execution threw an exception:

javax.servlet.ServletException: Filter execution threw an exception

Hello - has been awhile since I added a new product and cannot seem to upload the correct test for an Idexx blood test and not sure what I am doing wrong.... comes up with this error when I select the test that I need???

Getting Vet connect setup for Idexx. I assume it will work with Openvpms 2.2 where the lab module first appears? Installed the Idexx plugin but cant see how to make it Active. We dont get the Idexx machines till tomorrow just trying to get up and running on test server

I don't s'pose there is some way to order the Patient Alert drop down list (i.e. alphabetically)? We have a fair list of medications etc, and they seem to be in a random order - maybe the date-time they were added.

I haven't looked at the Client Alerts, but I'm guessing the same.

Hi,

Does anyone have a Clinician Sales Report with time stamp for each item charged?

I'm wanting to do some analysis between shift income by department vs wages for that time period. Daily sales doesn't quite work as we are open 24 hours.

Also, another query... is it or would it be possible to have each user catagorised by department (not just location)? That way we could report on department income rather than just clinician income.

Is there a way to add to the list of appointment status options? I'd love to have one for no-show appointments. We don't get many, but some are serial offenders. 

If I can't add one, can I suggest / request it for future versions.

The new appointment confirmation feature in 2.3.0.11 looks great but can I suggest an icon change.  The current icon is a checkbox - which looks interactive and may confuse people.  Can I suggest it be changed to a green tick or similar.
