Whilst we get ready for the Version 1.4 official release I thought I would mention an update to the user funded development process.

Currently the process works like this:
1. An idea gets started in the forums.
2. An active project is started and "Under Discussion" for a period of time.
3. The project gets costed by the developers.
4. The project gets fully funded through pledges by users.
5. Development commences.
6. Feature gets included in the next official release.

This is a very basic question, but I can't find anything on the forums. I am trying to set up worklist views and in the "Edit Work List View" section there are buttons for Move-Up and Move-Down, but these don't actually work. Is there something I am doing wrong or is this to be fixed in the upgrade.

I am new to OpenVPMS. We are considering implementing it in our practice. Apologies if these questions have been asked before.

1. Has anyone had experience of using OpenVPMS in the UK?
2. Is it easy to convert OpenVPMS to operate in £sterling?
3. Does it integrate with UK accounting software (e.g. Sage)?

Hi,

When I first started using the forums I used to click on recents posts in the Navigation box at the left of the screen. Lately I've been clicking on Commuinty in the top bar - Forums -Users Forums.

Today I happened to click on the Recent Posts link and have noticed that two posts appear there that do NOT appear when I access the information from Users Forums, these posts were REPORTS NOT BEING LISTED IN THE REPORTS WORKSPACE & ADDING A NEW PAYMENT TYPE.

Are these two areas meant to be the same?

Hi,
Could someone advise how to connect to server in clinic from computer at home over broadband.
Can connect over uvnc no problem but assume should be able to connect directly.
Tried entering 'myisp.mine.nu':8080/openvpms/app but fails to connect. Do I need to configure tomcat differently
or mysql?

When we originally talked about the design of OpenVPMS we had in mind the cut back efficiency of text based Netvet with the richness of a mouse based, graphical interface. We said we wanted the best of both worlds. The netvet users amongst us were getting a modern product that did heaps more but we were going to sacrifice some speed and efficiency for it.

I think we have got a very speedy solution that indeed has added a rich graphical interface with good efficiency. But OpenVPMS never intended to be just "Good".

I have created a vaccination certificate for litters of puppies. Is it possible to have it prompt for how many copies are to be printed rather than having to press print x times?
