I'm after the total outstanding debtors at end of June. Is the customer balance report the correct report to use?

Having recently prepared submissions for hospital re-accreditation I have found that when you print histories there is minimal patient information in the header- only name, breed and sex but does not show desexing status or age which would be useful for most people you are likely to forward a history to (+/- microchip number) as well as a requirement for institutions.

When trying to add macro's or edit existing ones for consult line headings etc I am coming up with an error message saying that i cannot use more than 255 characters - this has happened even if I am editing an existing macro and replacing a current section with a new one with less characters and spaces.

Is it possible to remove this maximum limit?

I have a work list that I don't want to appear anymore but I'm not quite game to delete it yet. When I deactivate it and log out and in again it still appears in the work list view. Is it possible to remove it from the view without deleting it?

Regarding the problem I'm having re-sending the 2nd reminders. You mentioned last night that it wouldn't re-send the second reminder because we had never sent it, I have edited the reminder and changed it to 'reminders sent 2' then tried again and it still won't send it.

I may be the only one that's been in the dark with this, but I was under the impression that when we processed patient reminders for a partiuclar date range eg: 1st Jan to 10th Jan that all the reminders went out in the range INCLUDING the 10th January reminders. They don't, they only process from the 1st Jan to 9th Jan the 'process to' date is not inclusive.
Thought it would be handy for everyone else to know this - if you didn't already?

Field "customer.entity.lastname" producing error "Invalid property name:..."
Have trialled "customer.entity.lastName" with same error.
All other fields in document importing correctly.

Sometimes in patient medical records for single visit each item (note, weight, meds etc) is seperated by problem listing without clinician. Is occurring when only single consult/ invoice and work straight through consult process. All clinician fields are the same. No editing done after complete. Single invoice.
So far apparently random event.
Understand easily done with hospital cases and adding client charges/ counter sales.
New to system, sorry if previously discussed.

I want to add a new appointment type and I would like to be able to allocate that particular type a time period and make it the default appt type for one particular schedule view only eg; visiting chiropractor. Can I have different set-ups for different schedule views?
