Hi,

We often sell two different worm tablets on the same day. eg: a 45kg dog would get 1 x drontal 10kg and 1 x drontal 35kg.

When two or more products in the same reminder group are invoiced ON THE SAME DAY both products create a reminder for the patient. So, in the scenario above two reminders are being produced. This doesn't happen if the products are invoiced a day apart, it only happens if they are invoiced on the same day.

Is there anything we can do to fix this? Has anyone else had any clever ideas?

I presume it has been reported before but OpenVPMS has this annoying bug where using the backspace key deletes everything you have just spent ages entering. It only seems to happen in certain fields and so annoyingly intermittent that I am not certain which ones or whether they are consistent. It has certainly arisen with Order entry, history entry but also various other areas.

Is there a fix coming or is this a Firefox issue

I'm pretty sure this has been raised before but I can't find it on the forums.

In the PRINT box at check-out we have the option to print or not to print patient forms/invocies by unticking the print box. In the right hand column of this box there is a DESCRIPTION COLUMN. Can the form/document name be listed there so staff know what they are selecting to print. It would save us heaps of paper. I have attached a copy of the screen so you know what I mean.

Can anyone provide me with the WORD (not open office) merge fields to enable me to get the desexed status of a patient on certificates.

Also, can anyone tell me if these fields have been updated. When we started with OpenVPMS entire animals appeared as FALSE and desexed animals appeared as TRUE which we thought was a bit confusing (we thought it should be the other way around) that's why we removed the desexed status fields altogether.

We are really struggling with the account format. After every account run we receive MANY phone calls from confused clients about the account they have recieved. Because the account is not necessarily itemised they are not sure what it is for OR/AND because there is NO running balance the statement can look quite messy & confusing.

Our vaccination certificates print out the date a patient was vaccinated but I cannot work out how to insert the Due Date for the patient's booster. Has anyone worked this out?
