Worlists default to current date

I would like to suggest that the worklists should automatically default to the current date. This would ensure that any work (messages/ procedures/ tasks) that is added to these worklists is recorded at the correct date/ time. It will take out human error (ie forgetting to press the square button to update the date to the current date), so that tasks can be completed in the correct order and messages are not accidentally missed.

 

UPDATING EMAIL IN USERS FORUM

Hi,

Trying to update email, however when I go to Edit the email, it says the email address is already registered ie info[at]brassallvets[dot]com?

not able to send sms from VPMS

This morning we found we could not send SMS to clients. I think it has something to do with Google sign in - I may have done something via the annoying Google 

 

But I am not sure.

 

Can someone advise where I can find the admin section to check this out.

Immediate Automatic SMS Reminders

Hi,

We use Automatic SMS Reminders that are sent to all clients on all schedules every day at midday for the following day (so long as their appointment wasn't made within the previous 6 hours).

I've been asked to set up an extra set of SMS reminders for clients in just one of the schedules - as we have a lot of no-shows in this department. These SMS's are to be sent immediately after the appointment is made. So clients will get an SMS when they are making the appointment and another one at midday the day before their appointment.

New Visit and Note button V2.02

We have just upgraded last night to version 2.02 and I was really looking forward to the new feature of a single add visit and note button on patient summary to save time and clicks - I was very wrong!

I am very frustrated and disappointed that this addition has made it through development and has been implemented....I do not think it has been thought through clearly

My concerns:

1. Reason - you have to select one of the pre storred reasons otherwise the visit is left as NO REASON

We are starting to do more Tirte testing for Vaccines.

Is there a Certificate/form in the system anywhere we can use for owners?

Or do I need to try and create my own?
