I would like to create an email template that we can use instead of using the online booking form for EdenHills (cremation company) They are ok with it coming through as an email, so I just need to get my email working properly, which is what I'm having trouble with.

We've noticed after upgrading to version 2 yesterday that our stock levels are not updating at all. So if I charge out any product the current on hand quantity stays as it was before that charge out.

Also, the invoice 'on hand' field is blank after selecting a product, which might indicate a problem.

Can anyone point me in a direction here?

Why doesn't the Patient Entity Description include the sex as desexed? 

Currently our certificates like vaccines just says they are female or male.

Rabies Export Certificates need a description about desexed or entire and it would be nice if the system did it for me and didn't make me put in a tick box on the form!

We are looking to do an email to all existing clients, preferably with a letter attached that will effectively be a voucher to refer a friend. If possible, it will have the existing client's name on it so when the friend comes in, they get $25 off their first visit and we will put $25 credit on the existing client's account towards their next visit. 

Reception would like a medical record note E.g. "Note - Communication" that is put into the medical record. Automatically gets copied to "client communications" but is NOT printed in the medical history.

Thoughts?

Just wondering when the character & became non valid in a name field?  I assume its the propercase that cause the invalidation?

Is it possible to add a "pop up" for when 1 tablet is (usually mistakenly) dispensed? I have found over the years that vets, myself included, sometimes make up an invoice with 1 antibiotic tablet, not say 30.

This is because the drug label comes up, often we vets focus on writing the label, press print, then OK, and forget to put the correct quantity of tablets in.

A pop up when 1 tablet is dispensed saying "Do you really want to dispense 1 tablet only?" would save us thousands of $ over the years, can it be done?

We would like to be able to alter the times of our schedule blocks i.e. Meal breaks 20 minutes, messages 10 mins etc to save a lot of clicking when adding them onto our scheduler.

Is there any way this can be done?

We have two clients who got married, and they want their accounts to be merged. Is there any way to port over all the past records without losing any info.

Current situation - Customer A has patient P1. Customer B has patient P2. We want Customer A to have P1 + P2 (with history).
