Loving the new 2.1 version and have started to implement some of the Statement features that we have not really used before.  Looking at the on-screen Debtor's report, however, I'm finding a number of "Unbilled" invoices.  Yikes.  With further snooping, I'm also finding some older invoices that are still "In Progress".  Double Yikes!

Have there been any moves by PetPlan insurance to integrate with OpenVPMS? We use & love the new-ish PetSure VetHub integration. It would be good if PetPlan did something similar to simplify claims & reduce the perennial problem of "lost forms".

We have a conditional section in an openoffice template that is supposed to be hidden or shown when the "IsEmail" field is true or false. 

When we test the document, IsEmail is false when we preview from Print or Mail.

The same document loaded as a patient form works...

Any tips?

We would like to upgrade our phone service to 2 lines with line hunt and and on hold message. We also want to increase reliability of our NBN connection with a 4g failover if NBN goes down. We have to use the Telstra 4g network in this area. Our current provider has proven less than reliable and this can be disruptive and costly. We have approached Telstra to change over but they have been very slow and the technicians provided don't seem to be familiar with our setup where we have a VPN to our remote server.

It would be really useful to have an option to view invoice items list by day.

E.g. in the Visit editor invoice tab or just when editing an invoice to have an option where invoice items for each day could be listed just for one day and you would scroll between pages to view invoice items charged on different days. Then you could also sort items on different criteria just for that day.

This would really help us when dealing with patients in hospital for days or weeks.

I can dummy up what I envisage such a screen would look like...

We love the Prescriptions tab.

Is it possible to add elements to the Prescription detail by configuration?

My reception staff are asking if we could see the Description node where the Medication node is displayed.

Hi, It would be cool if we could print a medication label associated with a product template.

The use we would want this for is for example for a FLK CRI. This is templated currently with the 3 medications separately. But when we dispense as an FLK would be cool if we could print a FLK label with its own specific text.

We have found this a great and surprisingly zippy addition to medical records.

We were wondering, was it intended behaviour on multi page records to have it only search/filter the visits on the current page rather than all visits?

Loving 2.1. Congrats to the whole team.

The language used in our SMS appointment reminders (the Remind button on future schedule days) varies from schedule to schedule for us. 

We were wondering if Schedule specific SMS reminder templates might be useful. If there was no Schedule specific template, it would default to the default template associated with the Practice Location.
