This is going to be a browser based question

My staff  have been complaining that the screen doesnt "update" quickly enough, if you reload or click away from the schedule its fine, but if you leave the window open on the schedule and keep an eye across the hospital to see if any new visits are waiting then it is quite slow.

We use updated version of Firefox.  I have tried addons that will generate a screen refresh each minute...but they generate server load.

I have added a patient to the incorrect owner this morning and finalised a counter sale.

Could anyone advise if I can delete this record or is the only thing to do to change ownership and write some notes to explain the error?

Wondering if this is the correct behaviour?

I charged thru charges on Saturday an eliz collar and left as billed - patient visit was a no reason completed visit.

Dog came in for visit today - Monday - and a new visit was started and invoiced thru invoices which added on to the exisiting charge of the eliz.

In the patient summary now there is an eliz collar under the no reason visit form Saturday and also an eliz collar under todays skin visit but the client has only been charged for one collar.

Is there an existing report that would allow me to select a time period and find all all payments made by one of the new 'other' payment types?

I want to reconcile these payments.

I have created a supplier return and on hitting apply I received the following message -

Failed to validate Return of Order Item: cannot supply more than 1 TargetActRelationship

I have just added a new development project relating to managing Prescription information.  I would love to see this included in the 1.7 release if possible so I invite everyone to comment and hopefully we can get it funded in time.   Here is a link to the project information.

Briefly,  in the UK, animal's microchipping details are held in a national database, similar to Australia as I understand it.  To register the microchip No. to the animal's identification details, a form must be submitted to the national database, either via email or physically printed and posted.

How would one set this up on OPV?

For 1.7 I would like to see an estimations tab added to the visit editor. It would display all estimations for the current patient and allow you to add an estimate, invoice an estimate, etc during a visit.

We need help creating new reports. Is it possible to have a Technician come out to our Clinic and if so, how much would this cost?

PS. We have tried creating the reports ourselves but I think our computer software is preventing it from working.
