Customer Notes & Alerts Odd Behaviour

Hi,

I was just playing around with the notes field and noticed some odd behaviour.

The odd behaviour is that when I am in most screens even though I can't seem to find any customer notes in my account (I use it to play with) in the customer box on the left hand side a note alert appears....

 

However when I go to the Customer -> Notes & Alerts view...

Change 'Start Time' to 'Time' in schedule view?

Would anyone object if the heading 'Start Time' were changed to 'Time' on the schedule view screen? As you can see in the screen shot below, I am playing with a schedule view that is suitable for a house-call vet who wants to look at the schedule on his/her iPhone to see where to go next. Changing the 'Start Time' heading will narrow the two time columns thus preserving screen real estate.

Hi,

I am trying to change the schedule view as I have had a request for it also to display the appointment type and notes.

Is this possible? Any attempts I have made to change the view and test it have failed. I looked http://www.openvpms.org/documentation/csh/1.7/admin/organisation/scheduleView#UsefulExpressions

Having spent the morning showing the practice manager over her soon to be installed system, and mindful of the recent exchanges about the ease of use of the system, I offer these suggestions for improving the usability of the system:

Reminders

I havent experimented but does anyone know if its possible to generate 2 reminder for the 1 reminder during the same period.  

IE 

1st Reminder Emailed.

2nd Reminder Emailed & Posted or with the new SMS (smsed)

3rd Reminder - Phone call list and call

Attaching Files to Emails

Hi,

We often want to attach multiple files from within OpenVPMS when emailing a history (for example we attach the history, blood results, x-rays, etc).

Both in "Attach" and "Attach Files" you can only attach one file at a time (unless we are doing something wrong).

Can someone in the know please let us know if we are doing something wrong, or if not can we create a project to get this improved.

Text Entry Box too Small

Hi,

We find it quite irritating how small the text entry box is. Virtually every time we need to enter text we need to make this box larger.

Is there any way to make this box larger permanently? Ideally to fit the available screen real estate.
