Hi,

We;re trying to use the "patient deceased report" to find clients to send sympathy cards to.

There seems to be a problem, as not many of the patients are appearing on the report. The patients showing on the report are deceased but still have the "active" box ticked. The deceased patients not showing on the report have the box unticked which seems to happen automatically when billing a euthanasia.

Is this a problem with the report, or something we are doing?

I am wondering whether anyone is using an ipad via a remote connection to access OPEN. I know we have a windows terminal server but I am not totally the computer tech girl.

Hi,

When we book appt's in our Sugery column on the schedule we select an appointment type, eg: Dental Grade 4, this then automatically books out enough time for that particular procedure. I want to get a list of the appointment types, that lists how much time is allocated to each procedure. I can't find where to get this. I've looked in admin/types/ appointment type and I can see a list of types but not the times allocated. Can someone tell me where I can find this?

Sorry in advanced if this has been discussed/addressed prior to this posting.

Since the new update we have noticed that some of our worklists are not
updating automatically as they used to. Specifically it is when animals are
transferred from the scheduler to either our hospital or surgery work lists
at both clinics. The waiting room and reception lists are fine. Even if we
refresh the screen they are only updated if we log out of one clinic, into
the other, and then log back into the correct clinic.

We did an eight-week old kitten F4 vaccination yesterday (just found this issue whilst working through reminders with one of my nurses).

The "F4 Temp" product is linked to a "Reminder Type" called "Vaccination Month".

I've vaccinated a dog today with C5 and also administered SR12.  When I go
and look at its reminders (both annual), there's only one there.  If I
manually add the other, the first one disappears.

The C5 and SR12 are separate products.

Is that expected behaviour or am I doing something wrong?

Do I need a combined product(C5+SR12) for the annual reminder to work?

All of our reminders have a particular printer selected to go to. At times we need to reprint reminders from other clinics. I would like to be able to change which printer the reminder prints to at times. I thought that if a particular reminder has more than one printer attached it may let us select the printer to use, so I added an extra printer. That hasn't worked. Is there a way we can select an alternative printer to print to?

We've noticed that some of the microchip subscriptions we fax through to CAR
don't appear on the database.  Is there a report that exists, or that I can
modify, that will generate a list of microchips implanted over a selected
period that we can use to cross-check against CAR's database?
