Is there an easy way to get Open VPMS to generate BPAY numbers for client accounts?

Does any one know the answer to this query??

In the reminder system we have reminders for vaccines, proheart, dental, arth checks etc etc and desexings.

If, the animal comes in before the reminder is due to be printed and is desexed, does that automatically negate the reminder or will it still go out as programmed.

If the animals say gets desexed elsewhere and the staff subsequently changes the patient data to show that this animal is now desexed ( ie edit and tick the desexed box), does this negate the reminder?

Hi Everyone,

We are releasing 1.4 beta 2 this week which has fixed the issues in the Beta-1 release raised by our primary beta testing practices.

Once this is released we would like more users to participate in testing the release if at all possible. Please contact me directly if you wish to participate.

I am hoping this will culminate our 1.4 testing and we can do the final 1.4 release before the end of the month.

We can then put more effort into version 1.5 which has some exciting new features.

We have a doggy day care centre attached to our clinic and we are in the process of further protocolising it. The staff run paper report cards out there on who the dogs played with, whether there were any incidents, what started it, the dog's preferneces and recording any escalating behaviour etc. It surprised me that they were running it on paper, but when I suggested putting it on the computer, the staff complained that it would be too hard to find the info on the patient hx as these are some of our best clients for preventative health etc, so the hx gets a bit busy.

How difficult would it be to add the ability to add a lookup when you are using them?

We have a file that in the last three days has eight pages of visit entries just listing the vets name each time. I have attached a screen shot of an example so you know what I mean.

Is there a way of deleting multiple visits? I can go through and delete these visits manually to tidy up the history but would prefer a quicker way if there is one.

I was also wondering what may have caused this, is it most likely human error and if it's a common mistake can I advise these particular vets how to avoid this problem in future. Or could this be a bug?? Thought it was worth checking!

Since upgrading to 1.4 there are quite a few of our reports that are no longer working - is this because they are compatible only with the previous version?

What is the best way to adjust a payment that has been finalised and is in the wrong category eg. credit card instead of cash?

What I have been doing is reversing the payment and then creating a new payment under the correct payment type. The trouble comes though with OTC sales. The OTC payment can be reversed but a payment can not then be created. When a counter sale is done the payment amount is validated against the sales total so it won't let you pay more than the sales total. What is the best way to handle this?

At present we have the Product Price List Report Version 1.3 loaded. Is it possible for me to get my hands on the previous price list version? I've searched for it on the website but I can't find it.

I think I know the answer to this one (as I think I have asked before and been told tsk tsk) but is there an aged debtors report? I dont think there is as I thought it requires associating payments with debits which we dont currently do? I hope I'm not utterly wrong on this one. Correct me if I am!
